No.12 Hotel & Bistro offers bed and breakfast accommodation with a unique, homely, hotel experience. We have recently refurbished the bistro style restaurant and all 11 rooms. Family owned and operated, we welcome individuals, groups and families where personal service and attention to detail is our number one priority.

Located in the centre of North Berwick, there are multiple golf courses in East Lothian and Edinburgh is approximately 20 miles away. North Berwick boasts beautiful beaches and a harbour where guests can have sailing lessons or book fishing trips.

Founder, Fiona McKee, has over 20 years of local and Global HR management experience. Fiona has spent most of her distinguished career working in outsourcing with Private Equity backed businesses and has led the people stream of significant acquisitions and post-acquisition integration. 

She often adds voice to hot topics such as Future of HR, Talent Development in the workplace amongst many more, across numerous industry renowned publications including HR Magazine, HR Zone, HR Review, The HR Director, Finance Digest, UK Tech News and The Times through a special report commissioned by the Raconteur.
